We are a full-time farm family and both work outside the home, as well. Growing up we have always been dog lovers, so it was natural that we wanted to share this love with our daughter. We started with Welsh Terriers and Whippets as pets and decided to share these wonderful breeds with others. Our dogs have the ability to live and play outside or come indoors to snuggle on the couch. These qualities are what drew us to these unique k9 friends.
Our dogs are more than just pets and our facilities prove that. Having a very small UDSA and State inspected kennel allows us to spoil our dogs the way we want to. All of them have full-time access to their 1-acre yards to play and dig and be outdoor all they want. When this becomes boring, they have easy access through their individual dog doors to the 1200 sq foot kennel building that is temperature controlled with their own beds. This is all in addition to when they aren't running around the farm or taking a ride on the utv or in the farm truck. We are inspected bi-annually by our veterinarian with regular drop in visits by state and federal inspectors. We are a closed kennel and do not allow pick up at our residence. Our biocontrol and health of our animals is our #1 priority. We share videos and pictures regularly with puppy families and have an "open book" policy. We are up front and honest so there is no surprises in the puppy adoption process.
